At this time, some locations are ready for the transfer of service to the new system. In order to do this, our customers will experience a disruption of service and have been informed via a phone call from an EU representative.

Although our crews will be working hard to minimize the time your service will be down, our maintenance window is from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so you can expect service interruptions during this period. Please be aware, some weather conditions or other issues may result in a change of date for this transition. We will share any modifications via an automated call. In addition, there is the potential for very minor service interruptions up to a few days prior and after this date.

When the switch is completed your service will automatically resume. In some occasions, you may need to reboot your modem and or router. Please know that you will not experience any drastic changes in service at this time. The upgrade is to increase the reliability of our system and add capacity to allow access to faster speeds in the future.
